Dosage Instructions: 

1 per day. Add directly to liquid food or drink below 37° and mix thoroughly. If you are consuming breast milk or other foods containing 2′-FL on the same day, please do not consume this product at the same time.
Before opening, please store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight; after opening, it is recommended to finish eating as soon as possible.
